Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using standard CRM software.
  • Develop and implement strategies for customer retention and acquisition.
  • Analyze customer data to develop personalized marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Create reports and analyses to support business decisions.

Your Profile:

  • Completed education or degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in CRM management.
  • Proficient in using standard CRM programs.
  • C1 level proficiency in German and English.
  • Strong analytical skills and a high degree of initiative.
